Meralgia parestetica is a disorder characterized by a pain or dysaesthesia or both, in the anterolatral aspect of the thigh caused by entrapment or metabolic neuropathy of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. Recently we experienced a case of meralgia paresthetica in a 53-year-old woman who underwent traffic accident. She complained of anesthsia on the left thigh and her condition was improved through Sihogayonggolmoryo-tang (Chaihujialonggumulitang).
